Menus

Our cook uses the finest locally sourced, seasonal produce to prepare honest freshly cooked dishes.   All meals are prepared from scratch and we can cater for dietary requirements with advance notice.  Eddie (our Cook) is happy to chat through any dietary requirement or special requests you might have so please do contact us if you’d like to chat over the dining elements of your cruise.

Our dinner menu will change on a daily basis and our cook will be happy to discuss option over breakfast each day.

Breakfast

At breakfast we offer a continental selection of croissants & pastries, toast and preserves, cereals and yoghurts.

Cooked breakfasts options include the traditional Full Scottish breakfast or any combination of items such as scrambled eggs and bacon etc., poached egg & local kippers, avocado on sourdough toast with poached egg, porridge with cream and brown sugar.

Fresh coffee, tea and fruit teas area also readily available at breakfast and throughout the day.

Lunch

A buffet style selection of cold meats and cheeses will be available alongside homemade soup with fresh bread and oatcakes.

There will be a special lunch dish each day made using ingredients sourced from the local area.

Slow-cooked Knoydart Estate Venison Stew
served with seasonal vegetable and potatoes

Prawn Linguine
king prawns bound in a garlic and white wine sauce

with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich gravy

Desserts

Chocolate Cake
served with pouring cream

Scottish Cheese & Biscuits
served with grapes and chutney
